Omega folder gluers from Duran Machinery

ARAPAK represents the company Duran Machinery from Istanbul, Turkey in the Nordic region of Europe.

Duran Machinery started as an offset printer with their own need and experience from folder gluers.

They started their own production of folder gluers and they now have over 90 % of the Turkish domestic market.

During the last years they have actively expanded their sales net of agents around the world.

Arapak is only one of the old Jagenberg Diana representatives that now have taken the Omega as a product line for representation.

A machine for those who want alls basic functions to the lowest possible price.

Omega Bella 100s is available in a special version only 9,5 m long for the converters with lack of space, but who needs a real folder gluer able to do straight line, lock bottom, CD-covers, folders, 4-point boxes etc.

Omega Allpro S is a truly universal and very stable machine with three carriers in parallell making it possible to run nearly all types of boxes.
Side register aligns the blanks after the feeder.

Semi automatic packer for straight line and some other boxes.

Duran Machinery has a cooperation with an American company for the production of Flame Sealers.

Phoenix Flame Sealer - for 250 ml to 5 litres packages.
Complete with double side register and skiving and hemming is it suitable for aseptic packages for eg juice or long life milk.

Omega Seal-Pro 130 is a machine based on Omega Allpro equipped with Liqui-Teks flame seal equipment and a max speed of 400 m/min.
This machine has a lower cost.

It can also be delivered as a combined "normal" folder gluer, based on Bella or Allpro, for straight line, lock bottom, 4-6 point etc.
