We installed one heavy duty twin head stitcher, XC32, from Bizzozero at a Scandinavian customer.
The stitcher can easily run triple flute up to 32 mm stitching thickness.
Watch it run 2 halves.

It is also equipped with dual hot melt heads from Valco-Melton for gluing purpose.

Arapak AB strengthens the ties to European suppliers.

We can now satisfy your needs with machines made in Europe.

We have worked many years in this business segment and the quality differencies to low cost import from far East is in many cases to large to be justified.

The price differencies are smaller today than yesterday and the gap will close even more in the future.

We want to support the European technology, production and material.
With nearby service from the manufacturers we have another advantage.

Arapak AB is a small company and a small voice, but we do what we can.

We have actively searched through Europe for suitable suppliers and we are proud to present so many good machines at competitive prices.

On this page you will find most of the suppliers we represent in Scandinavia or elsewhere.
Some additional suppliers are also in our programme.

Arapak has an own workshop outside Stockholm where used machines are overhauled and new machines are demonstrated.

The passed Year 2010 was not our best, but still we sold over 20 new or used machines.

We have not closed the Eastern door completely for products which we have no alternative, but our main direction is set.

Arapak AB have today 8-10 persons hired in Sweden and abroad.

We have delivered 3 machines to one customer in Turkey.

Arapak and Lamina participated together at the Printtek fair in Istanbul.

We showed one totally refurbished Jagenberg Diana 105-1 which we sold to a Turkish customer.

Lamina presented their product programme for many interested visitors.

The first Twinbox 2600 of the latest generation from Revicart has gone into production at a Swedish plant.

Able to feed up to 2.6 m sheets it can join boxes which normally requires a gluer with over 5 m working width.
Box height in principle unlimited.
This a space saver.

At the same time it eliminates the need for an investment in expensive wide inline machines.

The glue flaps are automatically flattened to make a slim box.

Gluing is done with both hot melt and cold glue.

An automatic register ensures, that only perfectly square boxes leave the machine.

With line speeds upto 200 m/min it gives a handsome output.

Performance is best available on the world market.

Arapak delivers 2 further Valco jet glue systems for folder gluers.

We are happy to announce a sales of our Jagenberg Diana 105-2 to Iceland.

August 2010

A large hand platen was delivered to Denmark during the Summer.

We also received an order for a specialty double sheet gluer "Twinbox" from Revicart from a Swedish customer.
This machine can glue very larges boxes in double-double corresponding to sheet size 5 x2.5 m.
