Feeding can be done in the following ways:

  • lead edge feeder with extended table allowing for side registration.
  • suction cup feeder taking the bottom sheet gently
  • top feeder taking the top sheet over an extended table with side registration.

The stripping tools, with Centerine I or II, can be dedicated or universal, whereas they are preset outside in a pre makeready table.

The gripper edge is taken out via a small conveyor.
Multi-out supporting blades making sheet delivery safer.
The delivery can be with:
- bundles upp to 300 mm high for automatic bundle breakers
- pallets up to 1700 mm height
The Cobra is as standard equipped with Omron PLC, large touch screen and a number of “invisible” safety points such as many photocells for monitoring the sheet pass throughout the machine. The wearing parts are standard “European”.
