Vantage Single facer

The new Vantage single facer combines the best of from the S90 and the Master SF.
A short "Labyrinth" through the small diameter of the lower corrugating roll and the new pressure technique betweeen the corrugating rolls combined with a redesigned pressure roll.
Together with other design improvements this leads to a far better ECT and BCT.

Vantage Dual Facer- Double Backer

The new Dual facer ,"Vantage DF", has as before the individual pressure plates for length and cross wise pressure of the belts.

New are the redesigned heat chests with far smaller steam volumes.
The Temperature can be changed very fast, eg duriung the flute profile change.

The design also allows for low temperature required for the thinner qualities like the 0.4 mm N-flute.
No need for over dosing of glue leading to warped sheets.
