TWINBOX-double feeder:
With the unique Twin feeder extra wide and long sheet halves can be glued together into one box.
The Twin feeder can be used as a stand alone unit producing glued boxes from two halves or in combination with a folder gluer producing multipoint boxes.
Especially suited for narrow boxes or boxes with inlets.
Extra wide boxes can be glued with Twinbox.
Corresponding to 6 m wide sheets and over 2m in height!

Twinbox can join halves of different sizes.
Eg. wine boxes with partitions.
You can also glue the shelf ready 2 component boxes.
Tear tape can be avoided.
The boxes can be made cheaper as the top part, which is to be thrown away, can be made of cheaper material.
Twinbox can also be used for displays whereas the back support part can be attached and glued automatically.
 
Revicart also supplies automatic packing machines, Easypack, for finished glued corrugated boxes.
The equipment consists of bundle separator, ejector and strapper.
There is also a combination for direct filling into corrugated transport boxes.
