Box King 2800 GT
A new generation of Box makers- made by IMG-Klett - for the working width 2.8 m which can handle up to 10 m long sheets.
This machine is ideal for short and medium runs up to a few hundreds of relatively simple designed boxes.
The Box King is a robust universal machine that can score, slit, die cut and print with a "real" print unit in one go without the need for expensive external tools.
The Box King GT is flexible, very profitable and can make up to 24 boxes from one sheet!
It can be equipped with an automatic feeder and stacker.
A large separate Jumbo flexo print unit with the width 2.6 m can print up to 2.5 m length.
The flexo print unit and the automatic feeder can be placed inline with the Box King or any other box maker.

Cobra Express 120-162 - a robust flat bed die cutter for corrugated.
Max sheet 1200x1620. Speed 5500 sh/hr.
Available in different versions.
Feeder types:
- Lead edge feeder with or without a prolonged table with push/pull mark for better side registration.
- Top feeder taking the top sheet over a prolonged table with push/pull mark for better side registration
The die forme can be preloaded in a chase loader.
The stripping tols, always with Centerine I or II, can be dedicated or universal wheras they can be preset outside the machine in a make ready table.
The gripper edge is taken out via a side conveyor.
The stacker can be equipped with side supports to improve the stacking of separated multiple outs.
The stacking can be done;
- in bundles up to 300 mm for e.g bundle breakers.
- directly onto pallets up to 1700 mm height.
The Cobra die cutter is as a standard equipped with an Omron PLC with a large touch screen.
Several photocells and an electronic surveillance system monitors the sheet pass through the machine to prevent jams.
The
standard components are European style for quick replacement in case of failure.

There is even a version, IMG 1620, where the sheets are fed by hand in a semi automatic way.
A perfect alternative to the hand platen, but still cheaper than the traditional flat bed die cutter.
A large version, IMG 2100 is also available for max size 1300x2100 mm.
