Gietz is a well known producer of quality machines for the printing and converting industry.

Arapak represents the tray erecting machnes from Gietz.
The trays are used widely in the growing fast food industry for Hamburger clam shells, French fries, China take away etc.

Machines:

The HTF Series of machines are simple to use, quick to set and have high performance.
The tools are easy to make and are cheap.

The glued and erected trays are nested into each other for drying and are pushed out horisontally on a table for easy packing.

The HTF machine can make up to 12 000 trays/hour in one lane.
Material: 180 -600 Gsm, E-F-Flute.

HTF 610 - 1 lane for blanks max 610x400 mm

HTF 940 - 1-4 lanes for blanks max 940x400 mm

HTF 1270 - 1-4 lanes for blanks max 1270x400 mm

The machines can be supplied with various feeders depending on blank type.
