Duran Machinery - 10/E43
Duran Machinery shows one Omega Allpro 145 SMM folder gluer equipped to run laminated E-/B-flute with optimal result.
Allpro 145 SMM is equipped for straight line, lock bottom and 4-6 point glued boxes.
This model is an improved model with many new features.
The machine has servomotors for fast set up and 3 alignment stations - after the feeder, in the folding station and just before the compression section.
Omega Allpro 145 SMM is equipped with a new cold jet glue system, VCX, from Valco for both top and bottom glueing.
The Drupa machine is sold to a Swedish customer and will be delivered immediatly after the show.
Watch Omega Allpro 145 SMM at factory trials before delivery to Drupa.
The Omega Allpro 145 SMM will be demonstrated with Lock bottom and 4-point glued boxes.
In Duran Machinerys booth is also one Omega Allpro 70 for straight line and it is equipped with a camera quality surveillance system from Vision Experts GmbH.
Duran Machinery is also world leading when it comes to new flame sealing machines.
One machine will be delivered to a Scandinavian customer before the Summer.

Brausse - 13/B11
Brausse Europe shows one flat bed die cutter for both die cutting or hot foiling.
The Brausse 1050SEF Hybrid can take sheets max 1040x720 mm in speeds up to 7500 sheets/hr.
The die cutter is developed together with European Expertise for fast set ups with quick lock frames.
Brausse also shows their new die cutter for larger sizes, Brausse 1450SE for sheets up to 1450 x1100 mm at speeds up to 5500 sheets/hr.
Brausse 1450 SE can handle paper 100 grammes up to 2000 gram of solid board and corrugated up to 4,5 mm.
Arapak represents Brausse in Scandinavia together with Rob Kleefman at Dycartech in Holland.
Gietz - 03/B53
Gietz shows one tray erecting machine, HTF 940, which will produce clam shells in 2 lanes.
The machine is equipped with a patented prefolding system and, for the first time, a jet glue system for the glueing instead of the tradional stamp glueing.
HTF 940 is servo driven for optimal movements and has a touch screen for simple operation and set up.
IMG-Klett - 10/E57
IMG-Klett is specialized in machines for converting of corrugated.
They will show their new Box maker, Box King GT-Fusion, coupled to an industrial plotter/cutting table.
The machine can produce nearly all types of boxes without the need for expensive tools.
IMG-Klett are located in Remscheid, 1 hours drive from Drupa.
At the factory you can see the new 1600 flat bed die cutter for corrugated, Cobra Express.
IMG-Klett in Remscheid also presents their new wide folder gluer for corrugated in 170 cm width. Ready to make straight line, lock bottom and 4-point boxes.
IMG-Klett has one sister company, IMG-Digipack, as neighbour.
They are first in Germany with the new "Fast Jet" ink jet machine developed by Sun Chemical.
IMG-Digipack is a company specialized in short series of printed sheets and works solely as sub supplier to the industry.
For this they have a large and very fast ink jet printer, Fast Jet, which can handle outputs up to 6000 m2/hr.
Lamina- 12/C25
Lamina shows their automatic sheet-sheet laminator, Blackline.
They also show their new automatic folder gluer which can join 2 box halves automatically, Flexiline.
Lamina is today one of the largest supplier of laminators world wide.
Their machines combines productivity with an attractive price.
Valco - 12/C40
Valco presents their programme for cold and hot melt applicating systems.
They also shows their extensive programme for box quality control.
The Valco new system for cold glue application can be seen in the Booth of Duran Machinery.
  
Finally, an easy to use touch screen menu.
Watch the improved bottom jet glue unit mimimizing the glue spillage.
Arapak is today the largest buyer/seller of used carton and corrugated converting machiney in Scandinavia.
